If you are concerned that some people will abuse any aid given to them, then it follows that you should ask yourself why they'd do that. If your answer, stripped of all ideological chaff is, “because they are lazy by nature,” then you're just a bigot, and we need not consider your “reasoning” further. Bigotry is not an argument, it is a character flaw.
