Demonstrating to a Trumpist that what they propose to do will break the law is not a disincentive.

To them, a law is not a thing of codes and standards, it is only a manifestation of personal power, and by breaking it, they demonstrate that they are the superior power. They will break the law openly, and publicly as often as they can get away with it.
